Big Problem with My FX

FX Studio myFX tell me …..apply….Chroma ……100%‘ then actual FROZEN FX Studio. Import from iTunes (*.mov-file) OK, chosen Color more sensibility plz. but OK, BUT THEN CRASH on iPad3 iOS7
Please fix it - i need MY fx.
All FX Effects actual ok and funny BUT NOT my fx :(
